By accessing or using WedGenie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

WedGenie provides AI-generated couple photos based on user-provided images and prompts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and store your images for the purpose of providing our service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use WedGenie for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The WedGenie service, including its original content and the compilation of all content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

WedGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for purchased credits if you have not used any of the credits from that purchase. Once credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@wedgenie.ai with your purchase details and account information.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your purchased credits until they are used or expire according to our credit expiration policy.

In the event of a technical failure on our part that prevents you from using purchased credits, we will work to resolve the issue and may, at our sole discretion, restore credits or provide a full refund.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
