Do we need Pro to buy credits?
No. Credit packs work on a free account, start no subscription and never expire. Pro adds unlimited planning chat, 50 vendor searches and 15 research briefs a month, and 20 credits every month.
What does a credit make?
A couple photo shoot (two looks), a dress try-on, a venue preview or an invitation is 2 credits each. A save-the-date film is 6 credits a scene, with one to four scenes in a film. If the studio cannot deliver, the credits come straight back.
What is the difference between the free trial photos and paid ones?
The 2 trial shoots each make one look on our fast model. Shoots paid with credits, from a pack or from Pro, make two looks on our top-quality model, which keeps finer detail: skin, hair, the pattern in a dress. Likeness is strong on both; the polish is the difference.
What happens to the monthly Pro credits we do not use?
Pro includes 20 credits each month and they reset at renewal; they do not roll over. Credits from a pack are separate: they never expire and are never affected by your subscription.
Is yearly worth it if we are getting married in eight months?
Yes: yearly costs less than monthly from month 7, and the average US engagement is 15 months (The Knot 2025 Real Weddings Study). Set your date in the chat and the Pro card does the arithmetic for your own date.
What happens when we cancel, or after the wedding?
Cancel on this page whenever you like. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; then your account is Free. Your Board, everything the studio made and your pack credits stay with your account.
Are our photos used to train AI?
No. Photos you upload are used only to make what you ask for, never to train models, and you can delete them from your account at any time. The privacy policy has the details.
Do you add tax?
No tax is added at checkout: the price on this page is the price you pay, in US dollars.
Can we get a refund?
Credit packs are refundable within 30 days if none of the credits have been used. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the period has started, except where your local law says otherwise. Email hello@wedgenie.ai with your account email.
