Before you decide
What is the difference between the free trial photos and Pro photos?
The 2 trial generations each make one look on our fast model. Pro and credit shoots make two looks per shoot on our top-quality model, which keeps finer detail: skin, hair, the pattern in a dress. Likeness is strong on both; the polish is the difference.
What happens to the monthly Pro credits I do not use?
Pro includes 20 credits each month and they reset at renewal; they do not roll over. Credits from a pack are separate: they never expire and are never affected by your subscription.
Is yearly really cheaper if we are getting married in eight months?
Usually, yes. Eight months of monthly Pro costs more than the $99 yearly plan, and the countdown line above does that arithmetic for your own date once it is set in the chat. Past about six months out, yearly wins.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs are refundable within 30 days if none of the credits have been used. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the period has started, except where your local law says otherwise. Email hello@wedgenie.ai with your account email.
Do I need Pro to make a save-the-date film?
No. Films cost 6 credits a scene from any credit balance, a pack or the monthly Pro allowance. What they are not covered by is the free trial, which is for photos.
